Computer has virus need help?

I have symantec endpoint protection and there are 4 Trojan.Gen and 1 Trojan.Gen.2 in my quarantine so i wanted to know do i leave them in quarantine or get rid of them and if im supposed to get rid of them could you tell me how to do that.
